Please read before you import data from excel files.
When you import data to eB2B Procurement Platform from excel, please make sure that the excel workbook contains only ONE worksheet with your data. When you open a new excel workbook it generates 3 worksheets by default, therefore you need to simply remove last two worsheets.

Correct file (there are one sheets)
